A linocut print of Lathraea squamaria with golden moon.

In Bulgarian ethnobotany the Toothwort is considered to heal insomnia. People used to call it Forrest Mother, because in our folklore exists a creature, called Forrest Mother, that deprives you from sleep and steals your dreams. The plant is an antidote for that.

The linocut is handprinted on 250gsm Fabriano Unica Crema paper.
